In reference to our notice No. CCL/HQ/C-4/E-Auction/8810-21 dt. 9/10/11/10 along with the terms & conditions of Spot E-Auction for Nov’10 on the website of mjunction/MSTC & CCL , for the Road E-Auctions held on 30/11/10 by M/s MSTC , all the successful bidders are hereby advised to deposit Full coal Sales value (after adjusting the EMD of Successful Bid Quantity) along - with statutory charges, levies , duties and taxes as applicable upto 8th Dec’10(within Office Hours, and upto 3:30 P.M. of the last declared working day ) in the Office of the General Manager (S&M), CCL, Ranchi. The DD/Pay Order shall be in the name of “CCL Sales Realisation A/c Name of the Bidder” & payable at Ranchi.
The bidder is required to enclose a copy of debit advice issued by the concerned bank , confirming issuance of Bank draft by debiting the account of the bidder. While depositing the coal value the bidders have to submit whether the coal is being taken for trading or for self-consumption.
Please note, that, as per the terms & conditions of E-Auction, in case the coal value is not deposited within the stipulated time, as above, by a successful bidder, the EMD shall be forfeited, as per the forfeiture clause of EMD. Further, as per the decision of CCL management, the refunds, if any, shall be made only to the account number & the bank through which the coal value was deposited for the said E-Auction at CCL.

C.M.E.,CCL, 3rd floor , Apeejay House, 15, Park Street , Kolkata by DD/PO/Bank Guarantee* drawn in favour of “Central Coalfields Limited “ & payable at Kolkata .
