In reference to our Notice no. CCL/HQ/C-4/Forward E-AUCTION/6238-45 dated 23/24.06.09, it is for information of all consumers that the  Road show on “Forward E-Auction Scheme” scheduled  on 27.06.2009 at MTC, HRD, CCL, Ranchi, is postponed till further notice due to unavoidable circumstances.

The inconvenience caused is regretted.

NOTICE

ROAD SHOW  FOR PROPOSED SALE OF COAL THROUGH FORWARD E-AUCTION

Central Coalfields Limited, Ranchi, plans to introduce sale of coal through Forward E-Auction Scheme. As per the scheme, all actual users of coal can participate in the e-bidding process for procurement of desired quantity and quality of coal of their choice for their long term requirement i.e. one year.

To acquaint and familiarize with the proposed Forward E-Auction Scheme ‘ROAD SHOW’ has been organized at the following venues and dates:

All interested actual users (consumers) are welcome to attend the Road Show at any of the above mentioned venues so as to familiarize themselves with the procedures for registering & participating in the scheme.
