LIST OF CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR GROUP DISCUSSION FOR THE POST OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

We are pleased to declare the names of the candidates short listed for the Group Discussion scheduled to be held on 11^th and 12^th November, 2010 at 2^nd floor, 225-F, A.J.C. Bose road, Kolkata-700020( Near Beckbagan Crossing).

      LIST OF CANIDDATES

IMPORTANT NSTRUCTIONS:

1. The candidates should report at the above venue on the date and time as specified in the list attached. 

2. The short listed candidates should appear at the venue along with all the original certificates/testimonials  in support of their qualifications, date of birth, physical handicap and caste verification and also ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer if they are employed in a Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Dept.

3.  In case any candidate fails to produce any certificate/testimonial/mark sheet in support of his/her qualification, age, handicap and caste declared by him/her, or fails to furnish ‘No Objection Certificate’ from his/her employer, wherever  applicable, the candidature of the incumbent will be cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to participate in the selection process. In such event, no TA shall be admissible to the candidate for making the journey.

4. The Candidates will be reimbursed return 2^nd class railway fare by the shortest route from the nearest railway station of mailing address up to Kolkata and back, provided the same is at a distance of 50 miles and above.( Please retain the ticket for this purpose)

5.  In case any candidate, whose name appears in the short-list, has not received the call letter for GD/Interview, he/she may appear for the same at the venue and stipulated time and date along with a photo identity proof of name & address.

6. The candidates short listed on the basis of their score in written test and GD will be interviewed on 13^th November, 2010. The names of candidates for Interview shall be announced on completion of GD on 12^th Nov, 2010.
