Verification of Documents

All documents in support of age, caste, PWD (if
applicable), qualification and experience shall be verified. Candidates are
required to bring all original documents for verification.
Only those candidates who clear verification shall
appear for next selection process.

Selection Process |
Group Discussion followed by
Personal Interview. Candidates will be
shortlisted for interview based on weighted scores of written test and Group
Discussion. |

Tuesday, 24th November, 2015.
Interview shall be held after
completion of GD. In the event the selection process cannot be completed within
the scheduled dates, outstation candidates may be required to stay in Kolkata
for another day. |

Call Letter |
Call Letters for GD (for MTs) and Interview (for JMs) are to
be downloaded from here.
In case any candidate, whose name appears in the short-list, is not able to
download it from the net he/she may appear for the same at the venue and
stipulated time on the given date along with a photo identity proof of name &
address.

Caste Certificates |
Candidates belonging to OBC require to bring Non Creamy Layer certificate in proper format, failing
which they shall be considered as General Category candidates. |

|
NOC from employer |
Candidates working in Government/ PSU should bring ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their
employer. |
|
|
Traveling Allowance |
The Candidates will be reimbursed return 2nd class railway fare by the shortest route from the
nearest railway station of mailing address up to Kolkata and back, provided the
same is at a distance of 50 miles and above.(Please retain all tickets for this
purpose) |

Disqualification of a candidate |
In case any candidate fails to produce any
certificate/testimonial/mark sheet in support of his/her qualification, age,
handicap and caste declared by him/her,
OR does not satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria,
OR fails to furnish
‘No Objection Certificate’ from
his/her employer, wherever applicable, the candidature of the incumbent will be
cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to participate in the selection process
any further. In such event, no TA shall be admissible to the candidate for
making the journey. |
