Sub : Information  for coal bidders

Dear Sir,

CCL has decided that receipt of coal value for all type of auction will be done through RTGS/NEFT only from 1^st April 2011. You are advised to publicize this through your website and it is requested that the following message be communicated to all bidders registered with you for auction in CCL through their electronic mail .

1.      CCL will accept the coal value through RTGS/NEFT only from 1^st April’11.

2.      All information for registering with CCL with regards to RTGS / NEFT is to be provided in a structured format , which is available with computerized sale centre (CSC), CCL Darbhanga house Ranchi or can be down loaded from the site of CCL i.e. ccl.gov.in

3.      Every coal bidder must provide at most 2(two) bank A/C details on or before 31^st March’11 for participating in e-auction from April’11 onwards.

4.      All new coal customers dealing with CCL must register themselves with CCL before remitting coal value through RTGS/NEFT.

5.      Detail information of RTGS/NEFT can be seen on the website of CCL at www.ccl.gov.in 

Further it is requested the following statement be put on a running scroll on your site “Payment through RTGS/NEFT only for auction at CCL from 01-04-2011 for details visit ccl.gov.in “.
