REVISED NOTICE

SALE OF COAL/ WASHERY PRODUCTS THROUGH  SPOT E-AUCTION

            It is for information of all Buyers that “Spot E-Auction Scheme 2007” has been introduced by CIL under New Coal Distribution Policy of MOC, Govt. of India, for sale of coal /coal products by Rail/Road. CENTRAL COALFIELDS LTD., Ranchi (A subsidiary of COAL INDIA LTD.) has rescheduled to hold E-Auction for sale of Coal  & Coal Products for  the month of  November’11  on 23^rd   and  25^th  Nov’11 .

            Sale of  coal/ coke/ Washery products through E-Auction by Rail / Road will cover  all buyers including Consumers as well as  Traders. Such consumers / traders, will have to register themselves with the service providers M/s MSTC Ltd., Kolkata & M/s M-Junction, Kolkata by visiting Website www.mstcecommerce.com & www.coaljunction.in  respectively. Though registration will be a continuous process, only those who deposit EMD(Earnest Money Deposit@ Rs. 500 per tonne for grade ‘E’ & above & Rs. 400 per tonne for grade ‘F’ & below) to the above Service Providers, before commencement date of E-Auction, shall be allowed to participate in e-Auction to be held on  23^rd  and  25^th Nov’11.

The EMD may also be deposited with representative camped at CCL, Ranchi
