NOTICE

SALE OF COAL THROUGH  FORWARD  E-AUCTION

            It is for information of all actual users of coal/ industrial consumers that “Forward E-Auction Scheme 2007” has been introduced by CIL under New Coal Distribution Policy of MOC, Govt. of India, for sale of coal by Road. CENTRAL COALFIELDS LTD., Ranchi (A subsidiary of COAL INDIA LTD.) has scheduled to hold Forward E-Auction for sale of Coal by Road  in the month of  Nov’10  on 16^th   and  23^rd   Nov’10 . Release of coal for winners of bidding in this Forward e-auction will be made from 1^st Jan’11 as per the schedule and norms of the scheme .

            Sale of  coal through Forward E-Auction by  Road will cover  only actual users  of coal . Such actual users of coal  will have to register themselves with the service providers M/s MSTC Ltd., Kolkata & M/s mjunction, kolkata by visiting Website www.mstcecommerce.com & www.coaljunction.com  respectively. Though registration will be a continuous process, only those who deposit EMD(Earnest Money Deposit@ Rs. 200 per tonne to the above Service Providers, before commencement date of Forward E-Auction, shall be allowed to participate in e-Auction to be held on 16^th   and  23^rd   Nov ’10 .

The EMD may also be deposited with representative camped at CCL, Ranchi
