HOW  TO  REGISTER

Please follow the following steps to register with  mstcecommerce.com

Step 1 :            Visit the website www.mstcecommerce.com

Step 2:            Click on New User.

Step 3:            Read the General Terms and Conditions of eAuction and go to the bottom.

  Step 4:          Click on Register as Buyer.

  Step 5:           Read the Buyer Specific Terms & Conditions and go to the bottom.

  Step 6:           Click on  Agree.

  Step 7 :         Fill up the Buyer Registration Form giving all the details accurately and click on submit.

Your on-line provisional registration is complete. You will receive an email confirming your registration with details given by you. Check for the correctness of the details. Submit the documents and payment at any of the  MSTC offices  at the earliest to get your account activated. Subject to the documents being found in order and receipt of payment the final registration will be complete.
