For participation in e-Auction process, pre-requisite conditions are
(1) Registration: Prospective Buyers can participate in e-Auction by registering themselves with the respective Auctioneering Agency as mentioned above,
(2) Deposition of earnest Money @ Rs. 200/- per MT on quantity of coal intended to bid by Buyer. EMD is to be deposited by way of DD drawn in favour of respective Auctioneering Agencies before a day for conducting e-auction.
