NOTICE
OF BOOK CLOSURE AND RECORD DATE FOR ALLOTMENT OF BONUS SHARES NOTICE
is hereby given pursuant to section 91 of Companies Act, 2013 that the Register
of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 3rd
May 2017(Wednesday) to 5th May 2017 (Friday) (both days
inclusive) and 3rd May 2017 (Wednesday) has been fixed as “record
date” for determining the members of the Company who will be entitled to
receive one fully paid bonus equity share against one existing fully paid
equity share of the Company. All the transfer applications lodged upto 02.05.2017
