LIST OF CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR GROUP DISCUSSION FOR THE POST OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

 

We are pleased to declare the names of the candidates short listed for the Group Discussion (GD), scheduled to be held on 10th September, 2014, at MSTC LTD, Kolkata.

 

*      NAMES OF SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES

 

The Selection procedure will include Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify in GD will have to appear for interview after completion of GD.

 

Group Discussion will start on 10th September, 2014. Interview shall be held on completion of GD. The entire process may continue up to 12th September, 2014. Therefore, outstation candidates are advised to come prepared for stay at Kolkata for the aforesaid period.

 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

 

  1. The shortlisted candidates should report at MSTC Limited, 2nd Floor, 225 F, A.J.C. Bose Road, (near Beck Bagan Crossing) at the time specified in the above list on the aforesaid date. 

 

  1. In case any candidate, whose name appears in the short-list, has not received the call letter for GD, he/she may appear for the same at the venue and stipulated time on 10th September, 2014 along with a photo identity proof of name & address.

 

  1. The short listed candidates should appear for Group Discussion along with all the certificates/ testimonials in original, in support of their qualifications, date of birth, physical handicap, caste, experience (if any), etc for verification.

 

  1. Candidates belonging to OBC require to bring Non Creamy Layer certificate in proper format, FAILING WHICH THEY SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS General Category candidates.

 

  1. Candidates working in Government/ PSU should bring ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer.

 

  1. The Candidates will be reimbursed return 2nd class railway fare by the shortest route from the nearest railway station of mailing address up to Kolkata and back, provided the same is at a distance of 50 miles and above.(Please retain the tickets for this purpose)

 

  1. In case any candidate fails to produce any certificate/testimonial/mark sheet in support of his/her qualification, age, handicap and caste declared by him/her, or fails to furnish ‘No Objection Certificate’ from his/her employer, wherever applicable, the candidature of the incumbent will be cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to participate in the selection process any further. In such event, no TA shall be admissible to the candidate for making the journey.
